Business Analyst w/ direct Reservation Industry Wonderful TPF Opportunity!!! July 2, 2009 Reservation Industry functional analyst. Project description: Conduct a technical upgrade for the core Client systems from TPF 4.1 to z/TPF. - Liason between client QA team and IBM team regarding test case / script functionality - Responsible for developing the test case to application functionality traceability matrix - Assist with functionality to program segment functionality mapping Skill Set: Business Analyst - Technical Requirements Requested service/service area: Application Management Services - Web Development MU Required skills: - Knowledge and experience (10+ years) in the development and maintenance of Global Distribution System/Computer Reservations System (GDS/CRS) - Faring Engines and Ticketing Packages - Hands on functional GDS/CRS expertise (10+ years) at the business level in the areas of : Reservations (passenger details, booking engine, passenger services, etc.) Ticketing (paper and electronic tickets) Fares (automated & manual fare quotes) - Queuing Flight information (availability, schedules, timetable, etc.) Information management (profiles, timatic, security management, etc.) - PNR retrieval - Experience (5+ years) in the development of functional traceability work products aimed at cross referencing detailed level transactions into logical groupings of the subs Nice to have skills: Experience / exposure with TPF Project management (3+ years desirable) Assignment period: 3 months Location: Dallas / Fort Worth Area (Southlake), TX Planned Start date: 07/06/09
